The national road RN7 leads us to the famous town called the city of water. By car, we can see a huge rice field and the high lands all along the road. We take the first stop at Ambatolampy fo visiting its traditional pots products which are reserved in précised place. Check in at you hotel before admiring Antsirabe city with its thermal sources. A great number of pousse-pousse (rickshaws) will amaze you and help you to get into the heart of the town. Visit also same workshops. Then drive back to your hotel for dinner and night.

It takes around three days and two nights. So, after the breakfast, departure by canoe which is going be followed by stops in some spots. On the way landscapes are beautiful. We can take pictures when seeing birds, lemurs, ducks, and snakes and butterflies. Apart from those species of lemurs as fulvus and others, many types of chameleons may keep you attention. Sometimes we see lemurs lapping at the bank of the river. We are going to camp at the bank of the river for lunch and your guides take care of Malagasy plates for you. After the lunch, the journey continues for reaching the waterfall called «Anosin´ampela» when we can swim. You may get tired after the extraordinary and enriching journey in night. So dinner under a comfortable tent. Sweet dream! Second day now. Bemaraha lets us see the beautiful landscape. We can also visit the villages around and their people. Drive back to the hotel for dinner and night.

Get back to the river after the breakfast for being transfered to Belo in Tsiribihina. Knowing that it´s the last day on boat you can recover what you missed by admiring the specificity of the place. Upon arrival at Antananarivo village where we leave the canoe, we take cart which is going to transfer you to Antsiraraka. But getting Belo needs a car of course which is already ready for that. Take lunch at that place. Transfert to Bekopaka (120km). Night at Olympe of Bemaraha or similary.

Discover the amazing landscaps at the great Tsingy. Endemic plants can be seen such as Pachypodium. Its fauna will take your attention: don´t miss to take pictures there, you can see chameleons, Ankoay, Brookesia. Get back to the hotel for night and dinner.

Leaving in the morning, we take the breakfast at Belo in Tsiribihina before reaching to Morondava. On the way, before the entry of Morondava, sacred Baobab and loving baobab can be observed with the sunset. The town is famous thanks to its old baobabs which are very numerous. Stay and relax in the town. Take a breath at the seaside and profit to swim. After the beautiful journey, check in at Renala Hotel or similary for night and dinner.

Now, you are going to be transfered to Antananarivo by plan. Gregoire Hotel will take care of you.

After your breakfast, get ready for visiting Andasibe national park. Crossing highland and ricefield full of paddies will make your day with eucalyptus forests and landscapes also some ricefields are located under valleys. Before the first stop at Marozevo, mountains may amaze you. Visit now, Peyreiras reserve which contains butterflies, reptiles, chameleons, snakes, tomatoes frogs. You can see as well the center of breeding. Deforestation and brush fire threaten those species. Continuation towards Andasibe. Drive back to the Hotel for lunch before visiting the private reserve called Vokona. You have an opportunity to feed lemurs there because they seem familiar to human (bananas) such as brown lemurs, bamboo lemurs and black and white lemurs. You can take pictures as near as possible.Noctural visit is possible if that attempts you. At the same park crocodiles dwell there, some endemic birds also, and foussa foussana. This last is extremely famous in Madagascar.

Very famous thanks to its birds, Mantadia is dominated by humid tropical forest and contains Brachypterols, Engoulevent, Bulbul with grey head, Oxylabe with white throat, etc. Rare animal species as Eurycère can be seen, Vanga of Pollen as well. After the visit, take dinner first before nocturnal tour of visiting owls with long ears, chameleons, geckoes, frogs…

These are what are you going to visit at Analamazaotra national Park: Indri Indri which is the biggest lemur and other species of lemurs (Woody lemurs, diademed sifaka, red mouse-lemurs, grey bamboo lemur, brow lemur, black and white lemurs, etc) the place is also rich in flora: some medicinal plants, endemic plants, orchids are all present there. So, we just wait for your coming.

Moving to Manambato, then transfert on boat to Akanin´ny Nofy passing over Rasoabe lake. A little cross as well by Pangalana canal. Take dinner at Palm Beach Hotel or similary.

The tour in Analamazaotra national Park is exceptionnaly on foot around 2 to 3 hours.

Indri Indri is endemic in the region. Its size is 65 cm and its weight is around 25kg. It is recognized according to its sound. It doesn´t have tail. It´s the only monogame species. That means that the partner is irreplacable. Don´t forget to appreciate other lemur species such as Eulemur rubriventer, Hapalemur giseus, Varecia variegata and more.

After your breakfast, departure on foot or by boat to visit the incredible species of lemurs and flora. We are going to the Ansirakalaloty private reserve at the Palmarium. Discover its riches and have fun. In the afternoon, you will discover the village of Betsimisaraka by the canal. But what is most interesting is the night tour to see the famous strange lemur called AYE-AYE.
Return to the same hotel for dinner.

Now we will reach Tamatave by boat following the Pangalane canal. This can take around 3 hours. Upon arrival, we take a break for lunch before continuing on the way to Mahambo. We stay at the hotel “LA PIROGUE”, or another similar hotel, for dinner and overnight.

After your breakfast, departure to Soanierana Ivongo where you will embark and take the direction of Sainte Marie Island.

It will take us about 2 hours to reach the island. Upon arrival, we will settle in at the hotel and have lunch at the same place. You can relax afterwards, because in the afternoon you will have free time. Stay at Ravoraka hotel for dinner and overnight.

Two days of relaxation, with a few activities will probably satisfy you. Take a boat trip to discover a little more of the island. The whales will amaze you. Note that if you want to see them, you will have to go there between July and October. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.

Transfer to Tana according to the flight schedule. You take your dinner and sleep at the Sun City hotel or other hotels located in Antananarivo.

The «Montange d´Ambre» (Ambre Mountain) is very impressive thanks to primary forest in it and its fauna and Flora. 1475m of altitude, le volcanic massif contains many endemic fauna and flora. Orchids, big baobabs, numerous palm trees are all seen there. In that huge forest, it appears some waterfalls, lakes,… You are going to face also a forest full of wild lemurs. Make a picnic there.

Leaving Diego Suarez in the morning when the breakfast is ended to reach red Tsingy. Landscape, redish canyons will be seen on road and some typical villages before getting the site. It lasts one hour before the arrival. Then, RN6 leads you to Mahamasina for visiting «little Tsingy» with its water caves. Continuation to Iharana Bush Camp. After the end of the visit, lunch is going to be taken by your charge.

What about discovering Ankarana massif which is opposite to Iharana? We pass through the path of national park territory. Discover as well the nature there and the identity of the massif.

Climbing till the roof of Tsingy will bring us to the great view of the lake and the camping. Chameleon caves are very impressive too.

Free afternoon and profit everything, visit ecological swimming pool, massage space,… Then picnic with lunch closes the journey.

Keep moving and rejoin Ankify by car. On the way, you see the landscape of Sambirano and its coffee´s fields, Cacao´s fields and Rosa Palma´s fields. Have a lunch in Picnic.

The reception takes place at Hell-Ville port and you are going to be transfered to you Hotel. Free lunch and dinner by your charge.
Lodging with breakfast after.

We pass the plantation of coffee, vanilla, cacao, Ylang Ylang, pepper after the breakfast. Boarding for Nosy Be when leaving Ankify. Then first stay at Nosy Komba and Tanikely. Find out every wealth of the site. Have lunch at beach. After that, take back the way to Nosy Be where you´ll find your hotel.

We reach Nosy Be on boat. Be ready of smelling the nice scent of Ylang Ylang. Its huge beaches covered by nice sands, its coconut trees, its sea very rich of fishes and its some beautiful little islands can be appreciated. When you take the cost of West-North, you see and valleys hiding fruits and flowers. Upon arrival at the port of Nosy Be, get ready for being transfered to your Hotel.

Leaving Madagascar and moving to the islands such as «Nosy Komba» and «Nosy Tanikely». The first one is rich in lemurs and the second and last one is a sea reserve. Visit the village of fishers and profit to feed lemurs by giving them bananas. Continuation to Tanikely island and discovering multicolor of corallian reef on the depth of the sea. You can appear fishes just by watching from the surface of sea without diving .Then, view from height. Finish the excursion by having lunch in picnic.

Take a stay at the seaside and take part of some proposed activities before setting back to hotel.

Free day and free lunch will let you to relax. Then transfert to the airport and flying to Antananarivo according to the flying timetable. But vehicle transfers you from the hotel in Nosy Be to its airport. We drop you till the airport so that you return safe to France.

Direct departure to Antsirabe after the breakfast. The national road number 7 lets us discover some important spots such as: rice field in terraces, houses in red bricks. Behenjy is where we take the first stop as to find out «foie gras» in that small town. The second stop is going to be at Ambatolampy which is a famous place by its crafts aluminum fourdry, pots, spoons, forks, etc. Visiting the city with vehicle is the most exciting thing when you get Antsirabe. Visit the avenue´s place with its rice garden then the rail station and finally the old post office. Cars, rickshaws and bikes make the town in question comfortable. You can also profit to watch a demonstration of zebus. Before getting back to the hotel, the visit at Malagasy´s candy closes the tour there. Then we can relax to take a dinner at the hotel before going to bed.

After taking breakfast still at Antsirabe, you have to be ready for the departure to the capital of Malagasy woods which is called Ambositra. All along the road, green landscapes are exciting. It may be difficult for you to not appreciate sculptures and some handcrafts products there. Don´t forget to bring souvenirs before leaving and continuing the trip to Ranomafana National Park. Then your lunch is ready and waits for you at your hotel.

Visit of the park. It´s 410km2 of area in which you can notice a great presence of primary forest. Longing for nature? No need, you will see a great deal of medical plants, picturesque landscapes, different type of vegetations, cactus,…

The park contains 12 species of lemurs (two of them are rare: Hapalemur simus and Hapalemur aureus), 110 species of birds (30 of them are endemic) and around hundred species of chameleons and frogs (many of them are endemic too)

After visitng and discovening ererything in the national park Ranomafana especially about its fauna and flora, your lunch is already waiting for you. Before moving to Fianarantsoa, the wealth of the town is offered for your excitement. When you get there, be aware that a famous workshop is in there and you are invited to visit the old town. Colonial architecture decorates that town. Finally check in at your hotel.

Before getting back to the road which leads to Fianarantsoa, we can relax at the thermal sources of Ranomafana.Then getting to Betsileo capital. Rice fields in terraces dominate that road and blue hills. Ranavalona I, Queen of Madagascar, left an important story in Fianarantsoa. So, visit the high town, the Ambozontany cathedral.

>Breakfast ended, let´s move to Ambalavao now. This last is the capital of wine. During the market, its peoples sell their handmade products, ports and wines. Zebus of Madagascar are extremely needed also there. In fact, it´s the second biggest zebus market in Madagascar. After the market, visit the famous lemurs called Anja and discover endemic orchids, traditional tombs and caves. Now, we reach Ihosy and Plateau of Horombe then appreciate the landscape. Upon arrival, we can directly see the natural windows of Isalo, the sunset before getting back to the village. Finally, cheek in at your hotel.

You probably may be excited to discover its fauna and flora after your breakfast. So, visit Isalo massif which is a plateau of continental software. The valleys and the canyons are really exceptional. We start visiting first the canyons of the monkeys and end by the Namaza site. That canyon contains a magnificent waterfall. The site offers you a panoramic view in the tropical forest, the cliffs and the rice fields. The forest of bamboos and palm trees are very luxuriant there where you are going to be fascinated by the great groups of lemurs. Then the presence of birds, butterfies and lizards cannot be neglected. You have an access to a beautiful spot view of Ranohira after Namaza site. The canyon is dominated by the calm and serenity. Sunset? Don´t miss it at the window of Isalo before finishing the beautiful tour and going back to your hotel.

Without waiting so long after breakfast, we can already move to Tulear seeing the high plateau of Horombe. The landscape transforms progressively as we approach Tulear. Euphorbiacées and baobabs appear on the way. Sometimes the road is full of zebus before crossing Ilakaka village which is also called sapphire village. Upon the arrival, more precisely at the entry of Tulear, visit arboretum d´Antsokay where we can find out some endemic and rare plants of the region and Madagascar.

After breakfast, departure to the cost city of Tulear followed by an expected stop on the way for admiring the colored drawings on the Mahafaly Tombs, the landscapes almost desertic and some baobabs before getting the town. Free lunch in a typical restaurant, to your charge, and free afternoon followed by walking the cost of the city, the big market and shells market.

We get back to Tana by plan without forgetting making tour at the market of shells and finding some nice characteristic objects of Tulear. In the other side, a picturesque fun is very exciting at a daily market that we have to visit as well. We have to be transfered at the airport of Tulear according to the flying timetable traveling to Tananarivo. Cheek in at the hotel Sun City or a similary one for you dinner and sleeping.

By 4×4, it takes around 9hours from Morondava to Bekopaka followed by crossing rivers twice. You are respectfully incited to quit early in the morning. A lunch at a restaurant at BELO is waiting for your after crossing by boat Tsiribihina river. After the lunch, you take back the road after around 3h 35 for getting Manambolo river before night. Around 5h 30 we arrive at Bekopaka. Then check in at your hotel for dinner and sleeping.

Visit of great Tsingy of BEMARAHA. We have to leave Bekopaka early in the morning and move to the great Tsingy. It´s around 15km and our means of transport is vehicle (4×4). That takes us around one hour.

Departure to MORONDAVA by the same road that we take the day 2. Leaving must be early in the morning. Stopping at Belo on Tsiribihina for the lunch. On the way back, you have a chance to visit loving baobab and sacred baobab also. On the path of baobab you can admire the sunset after visiting the entry of Morondava the place where we honor the ancestors within giving them bottles, red and black clothes. Then check in at your hotel for dinner and night. End of the tour.

Making a tour by canoe in the morning across the Mangrove of Morondava till the village of fishers at Betania. On the way back, be ready for the transfert to the airport after the lunch for flying to Antananarivo. That´s going to be the end of the tour. So, upon arrival to Antananarivo, a plan will take care of you and bring you to France in the evening.
